Incoming staff (STT/STA)

Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Mobility at the University of Zielona Góra

We are pleased to welcome academic and administrative staff from our partner universities under the Erasmus+ KA171 project.

Application Procedure

Staff members nominated by their home institution must submit the following documents to the Department of International Cooperation at the University of Zielona Góra:

  1. Online Application Form

  2. Mobility Agreement

    • Must be signed and stamped by both the staff member and the sending institution

    • A scan of the completed Mobility Agreement should be attached to the online application form as a .pdf or .jpg file

  3. Staff Recruitment Protocol

    • This document should be sent directly by the sending institution

    • It must confirm the staff member’s nomination and approval by the Recruitment Committee


After Submitting Your Documents

Upon receipt of all required documents, the Department of International Cooperation will issue:

  • An official invitation letter addressed to the staff participant

  • The necessary supporting documents for visa application, sent directly to the relevant embassy or consulate


Eligibility Requirements

To ensure the quality and effectiveness of the mobility:

  • Staff participants must demonstrate a minimum B2 level of English or Polish

  • Additional academic or institutional requirements may apply depending on the host faculty
