Welcome to the University of Zielona Góra! Whether you're coming for a semester, full academic year, or traineeship, here’s everything you need to know before, during, and after your mobility.
All Erasmus+ students must first be nominated by their home university via email.
Please note: The University of Zielona Góra reserves the right to conduct an online interview (e.g., via Google Meet). If selected, you will be contacted by email.
To complete your application, please submit the following to the International Cooperation Office:
Online Learning Agreement (OLA) – for studies or traineeships

Complete the form here
Bank Account Details (under your name only – not a relative’s)
Include: Bank name, address, SWIFT code, and account number.
This account will be used for scholarship payments or dormitory deposit refunds.

After we process your application, we’ll send you an official Letter of Acceptance, including preliminary dormitory information.
Please note: single rooms are subject to availability.

June 30 – for winter term (studies and internships)
November 30 – for summer term (studies and internships)
Once you arrive in Zielona Góra, go directly to your assigned dormitory to check in and meet with the dormitory manager. You will need to:
Register and accept the dormitory regulations
Receive your individual account number for monthly rent payments
Complete the Temporary Residence Registration Form (printed double-sided) and have it signed by the dormitory manager
Check-in hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 – 14:30
If you cannot arrive during these hours, please contact us in advance.
You can make changes to your Learning Agreement within 30 days of your arrival.
To make changes (add, remove, or replace courses):
Consult with your Departmental Coordinator at UZ and your home university coordinator
Submit changes through the Online Learning Agreement platform (OLA)
StudNET is your go-to platform for academic life at UZ. You’ll use it to check:
Your class schedule
Grades
Payments and fees
To log in:
Get your student ID number (index number) from your Departmental Coordinator
Visit the StudNET platform
Click "Reset password" and follow instructions using the email from your application form
To get your official UZ Student ID card (legitymacja):
Visit your designated Student Office (BOS)
Pay 22 PLN to the university bank account (details on your StudNET account)
Collect your card from your faculty’s Student Office

Before leaving Zielona Góra:
Make sure all dormitory payments are settled
Send us your planned departure date
We will email you your Certificate of Attendance confirming your stay.
Note: This document cannot be issued before your departure date.
Your Transcript of Records will be prepared by your Departmental Coordinator within five weeks after the end of your mobility.
It will contain your final grades and course details.
The processing of personal data in the Erasmus+ Programme follows the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council.
