The project involves Erasmus+ exchanges with partner countries. Students and staff from Zielona Góra and partner universities have the opportunity to take part in Erasmus+ exchanges.
The institutions participating in the programme declare their commitment to the fundamental principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
The implementation of the following project brings results on many levels. Participants in international mobility, gain new competences, knowledge, skills and attitudes leading to an increase in their personal development and future employment prospects. Above all, participants acquire better language competences, broaden their awareness of other cultures and nations. The project provides participants with a great opportunity to create an international network that enables active participation in society and strengthens European citizenship and identity. Academic staff improve their teaching and research skills, increasing their chances of advancing their academic careers through, among other things, publications, participation in international events, research and teaching projects or co-authorship of books and articles. Exchanges enable knowledge transfer between participating institutions and countries, leading to innovation in teaching and research.
