Erasmus+ programme offers mobility for international students (KA171).
Every university taking part in the cooperation defines recruitment criteria for students.
The mobility for studies takes maximum 5 months (i.e. 150 days).
The EU financial support for incoming students includes: Erasmus+ grant 800 EUR/month and lump sum for travel expenses. The lump sum is dependant on the distance between the universities:
10 – 99 km – 20 EUR
100 – 499 km – 180 EUR
500 – 1999 km – 275 EUR
2000 – 2999 km – 360 EUR
3000 – 3999 km – 530 EUR
4000 – 7999 km – 820 EUR
>8000 km – 1500 EUR

The Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation supervises the implementation of the Program at the University of Zielona Góra.
ADMISSION OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Admission procedure and implementation of international student mobility are published on the website https://erasmus.uz.zgora.pl/en/bilateral-agreements/e-partner-countries/students
Students enrolled in full-time or part-time first-cycle, second-cycle, long-cycle master’s, or doctoral studies at their home university are eligible to apply for participation in the Erasmus+ program. In these rules, "student" refers to a person studying in one of the aforementioned programs.
The mobility is carried out at the host institution within the framework of grants awarded by the National Agency for the Erasmus+ Program and the European Solidarity Corps.
ADMISSION CRITERIA
An international student wishing to study or undertake a traineeship at the University of Zielona Góra under the Erasmus+ Program must meet the following criteria:

ADMISSION OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
An international student intending to study or undertake a traineeship at the University of Zielona Góra under the Erasmus+ Program must submit the following documents via https://student.uz.zgora.pl/index.php?/erasmus/index/:
DOCUMENT SUBMISSION DEADLINES
The deadlines for submitting applications are determined by the University Erasmus+ Coordinator and are published on www.erasmus.uz.zgora.pl.
In justified cases, applications from international students may be accepted after the specified deadline.
ARRIVAL FOR STUDIES
The Learning Agreement for Studies is sent by the International Cooperation Office (DWZ) for approval by the Erasmus+ departmental coordinator of the host unit.
After the Learning Agreement for Studies is signed and the student submits all required documents, the DWZ staff prepares a financial agreement. Once signed by the Rector/Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation, the DWZ staff arranges for the disbursement of funds for travel and individual support.
The DWZ then issues a study referral and forwards it, along with copies of the application documents, to the relevant Dean's Office of the host faculty.
The certificate of arrival (arrival letter) is signed by the Vice Rector for Science and International Cooperation / DWZ Head / Proxy for International Cooperation.
ARRIVAL FOR TRAINEESHIPS
The Learning Agreement for Traineeships is sent by the DWZ for approval by the Erasmus+ departmental coordinator of the host unit.
After the Learning Agreement for Traineeships is signed and the trainee submits all required documents, the DWZ staff prepares a financial agreement. Once signed by the Rector/Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation, the DWZ staff arranges for the disbursement of funds for travel and individual support.
TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS AND COMPLETION OF MOBILITY FOR STUDIES / TRAINEESHIPS
The Transcript of Records or confirmation of traineeship completion is issued by the Erasmus+ departmental coordinator of the host unit and approved by the Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation.
The certificate of attendance (departure letter) is signed by the Vice Rector for Science and International Cooperation / DWZ Head / Proxy for International Cooperation.
